We've developed a simple tool that allows us to help teams start the planning process early. By automating member specific installation sequences, this tool can be deployed at the concept stage. As the project takes shape and the plan is refined, the tool can be adapted to measure construction progress against the plan. The tool is accessible to anyone on the team with any device that has a web browser.
